Hi, I'm the founder of Turner Tag—and this project is more than just a business.
It’s a “pet” project in every sense of the word. Turner Tag was born from one of the most gut-wrenching moments a pet owner can face: the moment you realize your pet is missing… and you don’t know if they’ll come home.
That happened to me. And it changed everything.I remember the panic—the racing thoughts, the instant regret for every “I’ll get a tag tomorrow” excuse. I had a phone, a flyer, and a flashlight… but what I didn’t have was a fast, reliable way for someone to contact me if they found my dog. Thankfully, after hours of searching and a small miracle, we were reunited. But not everyone is that lucky.
That’s when I knew I had to do something. I wanted to create a smarter, simpler way to help pets find their way back home—and give peace of mind to the people who love them.
Why Turner?
Turner isn’t just a name. It’s a tribute.
He was a shelter dog—scrappy, stubborn, loyal to the core. He was the first pet I truly bonded with, and over time, he became my shadow. He saw me through heartbreaks, hard times, and healing. Naming this tag after him felt right. It’s my way of saying, “You mattered. And so do all the pets like you.
