When You Receive Your Tag
Your tag ships from Massachusetts and will arrive via USPS. Once you receive your tag, Scan the QR code on the tag to get started. Use the enclosed split loop to attach the tag to your pet's collar. There's no charge to use our free service.

The setup wizard will guide you through creating your pet's profile and setting up your account. Ensuring your phone number and email address are accurate will assist in getting your pet back to you if they are lost. You can also add important information such as medication and allergies to help anyone who may be assisting your pet if they are lost.
Get Scan Location Alerts
If your pet happens to take a self guided walk, a quick scan and location share will generate a notification to you with a map indicating the fastest way to get there.
You can choose to allow your contact information to be displayed or use our privacy relay to prevent your contact details from being shared.
